Since data storage is a demand of digital photography, thought that I'd quickly mention that I found a surprise at my local "Costco" (big box store) this past weekend.

The item was a Seagate FreeAgent Pro 750GB external, with USB, Firewire400 and eSATA interface. The price for this (Part# ST307504FPA1E3-RK ) on Amazon is $200, but Costco had it for $150 (+tax).

I apparently got the last one in my local store. In checking Costco's website, they don't have it listed. But for any other photographers looking for some external storage, the Firewire makes it faster I/O than USB and the price is right...might be worth a quick look in your local store.

wow. I think my 320GB Freeagent Pro with usb/firewire/esata cost about that much. You got an awesome deal (and a great HD).
