So I have a 17" MBP and love it among other things because I can task/browse on one side of the screen while watching something on the other side of the screen. For some reason Netflix was not working on it and I figured I'd give up, but then an idea popped in my head to see if my iPad's Netflix was working. Thankfully it was, but instead of propping it to the side of me, where it would be hard to look at MBP screen and watch Netflix, I hung it on the corner of my screen and it stayed put :) I'm guessing it's because of the size of my screen that I still have real estate to view anything, but alas this saved my frustration and made me one happy camper.

edit: yes the MR thread I was reading is kind of ironic :p

Get a 30" screen, you can browse, and watch whatever you want. :)

I too have use my iPad to watch stuff while my 30" being occupied with other windows. Works well.

In due time, but it wouldn't have mattered because I wasn't getting a Netflix connection on my computer.

Nice idea, I would be a bit worried though that it would fall and break 2 devices but that's me.
