Found a progam to turn menu bar black but has issues

Hey all I was stumbling around and came across a nifty small program to turn the menu bar black with all white icons. It is called Menu bar Filter and it works beautifully...the first time it is applied. It is supposed to not effect the menu bar unless the program is running but when I relogged in my computer it was stuck black with most items remaining black. I tried to rerun the program but that just turns it white with black icons.
I would love to recommend this as many people have looked for an easy mod such as this but ended up having problems. Would anyone know how to resort back to the default menu bar?
