Found a verizone iPhone 5 - how to return it?

Found a Verizone iPhone 5 and would like to make an attempt to return it.

Now, the iPhone is completely trashed. Screen cracked, dents all over it, with a piece of hardware (camera module?) peeking out in the front. It won't turn on at all. I tried everything.

I assume it is a Verizon iPhone as it had a Verizon SIM in it. I tried putting that SIM card into my unlocked iPhone, but it wouldn't activate. I did manage to get its CCID and I believe Verizon could match that with whoever used it.

I am in London, UK.

Oh, cool! Didn't know they were present in the UK as well. I emailed them, as well as posted on the US Verizon's FB page.
