Hi , found an Iphone from Cochin. while i was returning frm .. I had been unable to access it till today. The set had taken quite a beating and was hung . I restored it an jailbroke it , but nw unable to access any prev info as well as the sim is blocked. so i have no ways of identifying whose phone it is.

Anyone who has lost it in Kerala, pls revert back with sufficient details.

It's mine! PM me so I can give you my address and you can send it back to me.

Whew, I really thought I'd lost it...

Thanks for being so kind!

Bogus post. If it's true the odds of that person being on macrumors at the exact day you post this is slim to none. Restoring and jailbreaking it sure won't help matters either.

wow bro you are really freaking cool you found an iphone and you post it on this forum just to see if you can get in contact with the owner? that':Ds awesome i wish they were more people like you lol

Oh crap! So that's where my iPhone went! Must have been stolen and dropped off over there, send it to me here in Puerto Rico! Lol, and to think I just got the 4! When you found my old one! Anyhow, keep it if you have no way of knowing, asking here wont do any help!

Have you been drinking?

lol seriously!:eek::eek::eek: if u knew what sim was in the phone contact the carrier and pass them the imei details and they'll help u find the owner :)

The set was hung. :rotfl: Hilarious.

I was still first though, so it's still mine.

what are the chances of the owner of the lost iPhone being here on this forum

If such a situation REALLY occured, and there was an actual honest person alive today, then you probably could take it to ATT and they could probably use the IMEI to get the phone returned to it's owner.

That said, no one would ever return an iPhone that they found while out of state.

Oh and for the record. This is my phone. It's actually an experimental iPhone 5. I was testing out the new revised antenna and 4g capabilities but I got too drunk and left it at the bar. That said, I did play around with it for a few minutes and everything seemed to work fine, so I'm pretty sure the testing was a success. The antenna and 4g functioned flawlessly. Oh, and sk007, please don't remove the super stealth case (haven't checked the antenna without it yet) plus then you might be tempted to take pictures and sell them or the phone to gizmodo.

It's got to be mine; I've been losing them everywhere and will be glad to finally get one back. Let me see, it's about 4 inches tall and a little over two inches wide. It has a black front, although I plan to lose one that is all white in a couple of weeks. On the back, there is a little ball-like picture that has a bite mark. Oh, ... and it's, how do I describe it ... ? ... it's really "hung." Thank you for finding my lost iPhone. Please send it to me ASAP to receive a generous reward.

Cochin Kerela, India????

Actually, it's mine. And I had $27,000 in the case with it. I don't care about the iPhone, please return just the money and you can keep the iPhone as a reward.

Thank you.

Mark

:D wow, so many curious people said they were the owner of the lost iphone.

Tough being a good Samaritan these days, huh?
