Hey guys/girls,

Im a new user to a mac, about a month now and have a question if you dont mind me asking :D

At home im using a mac and when I move my mouse into the 4 corners of the screen, they all have some sort of functionality and affect my windows.

Bottom right: clears screen
top right: shows all windows open
top left: shows all open of the current type

etc

I was trying to explain it to a friend but had no idea what to call it. Is this a feature to turn on? does it have a name?

thanks!

Go to Apple Menu (upper left corner) -> System Preferences -> Desktop and Screensavers -> Hot Corners

You can set your preferences for the Hot Corners there

It's called Expose and you can set Hot Corners or Keyboard shortcuts at
System Preferences -> Expose ' & Spaces
