FoxFi on my Note2 VZW stopped working

I've been using the paid version for several months and it just stopped working. When I try to activate it, I receive this message: Fail to decode 1524

Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?

you can reinstall it. it could also be Verizon. they might have detected it.
