Does anyone know a way of measuring the frames per second that my mac's achieving in a game? I'm trying to compare performance of GTA San Andreas between Boot Camp and the Cider/Gametap/Transgaming Intel port, which uses the same technology as the sims 3, I believe.

A google search doesn't seem to yield anything that would help me. Is there a trick I could do like doing a video screen capture and looking at the playing FPS in Quicktime? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
