Hi!

I got my iPhone 4s for a while ago, and I have a sim card from T-mobile if that makes any difference. My problem is that my phone doesn't react when I try to open an app, switch from an window to another, or anything. What happens is that there appears a tiny frame around the app I touch for example. People tell me to restart the whole phone, but what if it will continue happening and I have to restart it and lose my data all the time?

At the moment I am living in the US as an exchange student, and in May I am going back to Norway, so if this might happen again it will be more difficult for me to fix this problem..

Please, what should I do? I will restart it for this time, but what if it happens again?

Can you upload a screenshot of this frame?

Not really. It is a tiny frame around whatever I touch.

And restarting doesn't lose data.

Okey, now I've restarted it. I lost my contacts and stuff because I had to activate it as a new iPhone. It did not work if I restarted it and took the old information about it from iTunes.

It workes great at the moment. But what if it happen again?
