I noticed a posting over on notebookreview.com that ViewGuard was giving away free ViewGuard Anti-Glare Screen Protectors for 13.3" Widescreen Unibody MacBooks. The catch is you have to pay shipping and the iSight camera hole is slight off-center. Enjoy.

I also did a search and came up with some additional coupon codes:

FREECLEANINGSUPPLIES (for a free cleaning products)
BEATTHEHEAT (for $30 off Notebook Cooking Pad)

thanks for the heads up. if you feel inclined, you can pm the CEO in the other thread and let them know that you posted here, but also keeping in mind that creating a user account solely for "advertising" is against forum policies

regardless, I'm in for one.

I don't use my unibody for video chatting so its defectiveness doesn't affect me.

Since powersupport is $30+ it is definitely worth a shot

FYI - the shipping ends up being $9 for me.
FYI #2 - the free cleaning supplies is good for orders of $1 and up, and since the shield is free, the cleaning supplies are not free, instead they are $2 or $3

It may seem high, but something like this simply CANNOT be bent. The shipping cost is reasonable in my opinion. (try putting in random numbers at UPS or Fedex for a box that is as large as the macbook screen)

I will post my impressions here when i get it.

i think of it as an outlet store. if you look at the price of other alternatives, it is worth a shot, especially if you don't use the isight.

can anyone find an antiglare protector custom fit for the macbook for even DOUBLE the price ($20, shipped?)
