Free 3 Months of Fitness + with Watch Purchase for existing Fitness + User

Hello,
I am planning to order a new Series 7 this Friday. I got the free 3 months from Apple with my current watch this year. The trial period ended a while ago and now Apple is charging me monthly. I may consider paying for an annual fee soon since it is cheaper.

If I get a new watch, will it give me a 3 month trial again? Should I cancel the service (renewal again on October 11) so Apple will give me another 3 months? For Apple Music that comes with my new iPhone 13 Pro purchase, the code did not work because it clearly states it is for new user only. I do not see any language saying a similar thing for the Fitness +.

I was on a Apple News + for a while on trial, then it ended. I did not have a desire to use it all the time. About a month ago, I got another code with a purchase of a gift card with Best Buy so I redeemed it again. Now I have Apple News + for free until next year. I do not know why each service is different when it comes to a free trial to users.

I appreciate the responses. It is interesting that I was able to use another free trial for apple news +. Maybe they are that desperate.
