Free App for TV mirroring

We just purchased a samsung tv. Is there a free or cheap app to be able to mirror whats on the ipad to the tv? I know a samsung table has the feature built in. Thanks for yalls help!

Apple TV. Not free, but cheap, and can do other stuff too.

Ge a HDMI adapter. Comparatively cheap and has immensely better image quality than the Apple TV when mirroring.
