Free app similar to text expander

Does anyone know of a free app similar to text expander?

Sorry, but I couldn't find anything that was free. There are some apps that are cheaper than Text Expander. Typinator is 20 Euros, Presto is 13 dollars, and Snippet is 10 dollars. However, I believe that this feature will be implemented into Snow Leopard. Also, Pages can do this (but it only works within within Pages.)

Yes, Word does it too, but I am looking for something system-wide. I'll check out the others, thanks.
