I was wondering if anyone knows of any FREE programs for Mac OSX that will simply backup/sync a local folder to a remote FTP/SFTP/HTTPS server.

Also, I would be perfered if this could be scheduled.

I am using FullSync for Windows that does this great, but can't find anyting for mac.

I run a serer using CrushFTP, but hoping I can find a program to use and not pay for CrushSync.

THANKS!

While not free, there is currently a sale going on for Forklift. Which should be to be able to do what you want.

It is currently only 9.95$...

rsync is a command line utility that's included in OSX by default. There's several free GUI frontends for it. aRsync is one. Google.
