Free Candybar-like Application?

is there a program like Candybar for mac's but Freeware instead?

i just don't think it's worth $30 so I was hoping for an alternative

Could anyone else recommend LiteIcon as a reliable application? I'd like to do some changing around of the system icons, but $29 is awfully steep (to me, a guy who likes his free software). I also don't imagine CandyBar showing up in a Macheist bundle or anything any time soon.

Yea, I use it and have not encountered any problems so far.
