free case program changed order?

I changed my order ealier today around 3pm to a bumper

but im checkin my order status now and it still says speck pixelskinhd

does it take a while for it to change? or should i call back

When I called to change it 3-4 weeks ago, I was able to see order say bottom part canceled Belkin Mirca and top part ordered Incase Clear Snap within few minutes. And, Incase finally shipped and still on route 3 days ago.

i called on saturday to change to bumper but still says SPECK PIXELSKIN HD

i guess i gotta call again

Yeah, keep calling. Eventually you'll get somebody who can make the change and if you ask them how long it'll take to see that change, they should say 24-48 hours.

i called and they messed up on the order change on saturday

they did not send the order change request to the right department , so it was incomplete


now they saying its ok to wait 2 days for it to change

It took 4 days to notice the change online but I got my bumper put through... now I wish I would have kept the original.

I can't use some of my headphones, sync cables, and car ipod connection.
