Free CD --> MP3 program?

iTunes will rip from a CD to the following formats:

AAC
mp3
Apple Lossless
AIFF
WAV

You just need to set it to the one you want in the Importing section (under "Advanced" in the iTunes preferences. From there you can set your preferred bit rate, sample rate. whether you want to use VBR or CBR for importing, all sorts of things.
 
Thanks, I just hadn't looked in the Advanced settings...... Duh!
