free clone app?

i need to clone 2 folders like 4 times a week on a schedule
to another drive, i don't want the app to copy everything again just the changes and new stuff

i know about superduper and carbon copy cloner but is there a free alternative ?

is the old free carbon copy cloner 3.5 working on sierra ?

A rsync script in combination with either a cron job or launchd service will do exactly what you need, included in OSX in a default install so free except for your very little amount of time to set it up..
