It’s an auto-repeating timer. This app automatically notifies you of a set period of time.
It's available on the AppStore since 8 April 2014! Runs on any Apple’s mobile device both in iOS 7 and in iOS 6.x. Here is the link:

The DayBell app helps you take medicine, cook, walk with dog, service a machine at the factory, and do every daily periodic activity on time.

How it works?

Just set the notification period, select a sound, and hit the Start button. When the time has counted down the app notifies you with the sound and the alert. Then the countdown automatically starts over again unless you hit the Stop button.
