iPod free dvd ripper/converter for windows...

i find that this one works well for converting videos to ipod format. it may be slow and i haven't tried anthing over 60mb but it works great.
Edit: i forgat to add the link and the name Videora ipod converter there is also a program there for xbox 360, psp, and tivo series 2
