I wrote my first iOS app, an omni-directional face-blurring app called "faceLess". It is a free app, and runs on iPhone/iPads with iOS8.

I've only been getting a few downloads a day, so this forum was recommended me to as way to let others know my app exists. Thanks admins for making it available!

faceLess tries to detect and blur any faces in a photo, regardless of face or photo orientation. It also supports the manual tweaking of blurs, both adding and removing. Typical use is to use the "auto-blur" function, then remove any false-positives via a single tap. It makes blurring faces in photos very quick and easy. I really do believe it is the best face-blurring app available. The other face-blurring apps require manual effort to blur inverted faces.

If you have any questions or comments, please let me know.
