I just got done going through all my gear, and I came up with a pile of things I just have no use for. Since it's long paid for and it won't be missed, I've decided to offer it here.
Here's the list. It's some OS9 and OSX stuff, and it's all in like-new condition.
1. SD Card Reader from Belkin
2. 250MB USB powered Zip drive and one 250MB disk
3. VST USB floppy drive
4. 3 USB cables
5. iVoice USB Microphone
6. iPod ear buds (I use full size since these don't fit)
7. Games: Buried in Time - Journeyman 2, MYST, RIVEN, 7th Guest, Obsidian
8. iBot Firewire Web Cam
9. USB Keyboard extender cord
10. Six foot Firewire cable

But I pondered who should get it. First come, first serve isn't fair really. SO here's the deal...
I will come back to this thread in about 10 days and check to see who can come closest to picking the street AND street number I grew up on. (for ties) See the map attached. (Bonus for picking the state or area!)
Winner will be the person who comes closest. "FAKE ST. will lose to "123 FAKE ST." for instance. "123 FAKE ST. will lose to "124 FAKE ST." if I grew up on 125 Fake St. Also, the closest in distance will win if no one gets the street. Get it?
One guess per person please. (But how can I really tell if you cheat? YOU have to live with it, not me!)
I am the final arbiter. There will be no appeals!
Please make a guess if you or you know someone who can USE it.

I'd ask please for the winner to send postage only when they get a chance.

I'd say about 9 hours in on Laurel Road and the area looks like Pasadena Maryland.
 
What did you mean by cheating? You mean using Yellow/White Pages or something, because I found you, walnut boy.

However, if using all my resources is considered cheating, then I won't post all info just yet. Just tell me what to do, and how much I can post.

WRONG! LOL. I live in Morris Illinois now, but there is no record of where I grew up except in my head. What's REALLY confusing is I have FIVE relatives with my exact same name. (We be rabbits) There is a Les Kern in Curtis Bay. That's the last of the five still alive. You can call him, but I think he's close to 1,000 years old now. I also have over 300 cousins, and 28 nieces and nephews even. (I'm pretty old, even in dog years.) And I left there long, long ago.
I THINK I have all the bases covered, so post away.

Appreciate leaving it for others if you don't need it. Pasadena it is. I miss it DAILY, what, since I'm now living in Flatville.
