Free iCloud Mail?

I currently have a Email with Aol. Signed up with iCloud with my Apple Id from Aol. But want to change it to a .Me account with apple where do I go and how do I do this? Please help thank you.

You cannot create a new .me account as you ID. Use your current ID to sign in, then you can create your .me account. Your ID is still associated with the email used to create ID.
