Okay I am going to buy a macbook pretty soon (waiting for wwdc) and I noticed that the back to school promotion in canada seems to give back more money. They give 259$ instead of 229$ like in the US. The thing is that at my university, the iPods cost the same that in the US. Meaning that I could get a 8gb Touch for -30$, or a 16gb for 40$. Nice fluke or are they only gonna give back the price I paid for the iPod?

Tell me what you think!

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5H11 Safari/525.20)

you will only get the price you paid for the iPod.

Aww bummer. Then it will be the 8gb...

"REBATE AMOUNTS: The rebate amount, up to $259, is determined by the following table but will not exceed the list price of the iPod, excluding tax, as merchandised on
the Canada Apple Online Store (store.apple.com/ca)."
