Kernsafe & their iscsi software

I too am very interested in iscsi initiator software and had also been attracted by kernsafe's free offer.
However, having read many of their web site pages I am concerned that I cannot find where the company is registered or based. There are also many errors in the text of their web pages.
True they have what appears to be a US based voicemail number and a .com (i.e. USA) web site but the spelling and grammar errors in many of their web site pages make me think that they are based in the far east. Why don't they say so ?
I too would love to hear from anyone who has used this software.
