If I were to create a website in iWeb is there a place that I could host it for free, or is the only way to do it to have a mobile me account?

You can host it on other webhosts than MobileMe, but all of the hosting providers that are worth mentioning cost money. That being said, this thread has some suggestions for a free alternative.
Well that being said, are there any places to host that are on the cheap side of things that make it very easy to use a site created with iWeb? I don't mind paying, but I would like it to be simple. I'm new to creating websites and am looking for the least amount of headaches.
