I did something today to my b&w that makes it look super cool and this will work on a blue &white through digital audio power mac (any model with the vertical stripes on the front panel)
the end result of this mod is that you can see through the whole panel where the vertical lines are.
step 1. turn off your tower and unplug everything from the back.
step 2. unscrew the top and bottom front handles. remove them.
step 3. open the side and push in the latches that hold the front panel on.
step 4. remove panel. the part with the vertical lines is one piece with the whole panel even though it looks like its separate.
step 5. I can't really explain how I got all the white plastic off other than to say I had to be careful.
once its all off put everything back together and you will have a much cooler looking powermac
remember to be careful and not just yank stuff off.
