Free Music Download app crashes every time

I just bought the version that's in the top ten in the app store, and it doesn't open, just crash every time. Anyone else have this problem?

Am I missing some setting? I even rebooted the device and still nothing

Just because it's in the top 10, it doesn't mean as much as it should. If the app is crashing and you actually paid for the app, contact Apple requesting a refund due to it not working.

yes I paid for the app....anyone else have this problem? Is it because I'm jailbroken?

is there a link to ask for a refund through apple? when I log into iTunes it just says report problem but asks nothing after that.
