Free or Cheap Animated GIF editor?

I can't seem to find one for OSX, is there one out there?

I do mine in Photoshop/ImageReady, but you should be able to do it just fine in GIMP...I just don't have any experience with it. If all you're looking to do is put a couple of already-existing frames together to make the animation, you can use something like GIFfun...very simple program.
