Free powerpoint software or similar?

Hi guys,

I really need to do a presentation on something similar to Powerpoint but on Mac. Is there any simple to use, free software out there that does the job?

Sure - OpenOffice is free - openoffice.org - and is extremely good.

You could probably use Keynote if you just want to stick to the 30 day trial. Although its cheap enough (iWork) to probably buy anyway.
