Is there a way, how I can download an app from US which is free anyhow? I tried to change the store to US, but iTunes won't let me. Any other way?

You would need an iTunes account valid for US ... Means you need an address and a valid payment method for Apple to verify. Free or not doesn't matter. Finally it up to the developer to assign an app to a region.
The best way: contact the developer and ask him to extend the regional scope. Sometimes there are legal constrains (content, encryption etc).
