Free screen recording software?

Any free screen recording software? to record decent quality?

I dont mind an advertisement with their logo or whatever at the end or maybe bottom but not huge in the middle. Thanks

I don't think so ... at least not in a free app.

On lion if you start a screen recording it lets you drag a selectable area.. Or you can just click to select whole screen.
