I fill out PDF forms. A lot. Sometimes I think it might really be what I do for a living. My goal is to be able to fill out these forms and save the data in them, so I can finish them and print them out later. Sometimes, you just don't have the patience to fill out a 10 page form in one sitting.
I am also not keen on paying the very high price for the full version of Acrobat, which, in past experience, is very buggy and not at all fun to use.
Does anyone know of free to cheap software that offers this functionality? I'd prefer free in the GPL sense, however I'd consider something relatively low cost if it will do what I want.
