Free software to convert mp4 files to wmv?

I'm hoping that someone can point me in the right direction. I'm a teacher and the only video format that my school's outdated PCs will reliably play is wmv.

Can anyone recommend a free program that will allow me to convert my mp4 videos to wmv?

Windows Media is a proprietary Microsoft format. It is not free. The cheapest option for you is QuickTime Pro + Telestream's Flip4Mac WMV Studio.
