Free software to convert .wav to .mid?

I have a string of morse code I want to put on a website. It is a .wav file but the size is rather large and I would like to know if it i possilbe to convert the file to .mid format where the size will be very small. Anyone know how to do this or if it is possilbe?

It's not really possible. I'd convert the file to mp3.

Being basic morse code, you can super-compress it. 16kb/s MP3 should be fine.
