Free software to remove a word macro virus?

Hello all,

I've managed to pick up a word macro virus on my iBook...I don't have a .Mac account (or Virex), nor the $$ to buy it. Can anyone recommend a free program to remove it?

i pulled a few documents off my server at work.. at least i think that's what it is? i tried to send it to someone with my yahoo account, and the scan said Virus"O97M.Tristate.C" found.
