Free upgrade to Office 2008?

I bought Office Mac 2004 in November 2007 from the UK apple store online.
At the time I remember seeing a link from apple stating that if you bought Office Mac 2004 you would get a free upgrade to 2008.
Anyone know how to get this upgrade or have a link?
