Carrier Free upgrade with Elite plan for AT&T with the iPhone 13??

I thought I read and also experienced with ordering the fold 3 that AT&T on the Elite plan will get free upgrades. If true will they do the same with the iPhone 13? And will other carriers follow along? Thanks

Are you looking for speculation or leaks? I have no idea, but I hope there’s deals on the iPhone 13. We’re still just under 3 weeks until the expected Apple event, though.
