iPod touch free Video converter?

hey ,
I`m waiting for my touch ( prepared to be shipped) and I wanna start converting some videos so that i don`t have to deal with that once i get it. I know about handbrake , but i need something that just takes ( legally ) downloaded files off my computer ...

There are a few threads here on the subject.

Try Handbrake or iSquint. The programs just convert video and have nothing to do with legality.
