Ive been backing up some DVD's onto HDD using handbrake but some of my movies are split onto 2 DVD's.

I have burned these onto HDD which created 2 h.264 files which i would like to join into 1.

Anyone know of a free software that can do that ??

You can join the files with Quicktime included on your Mac. Here is an article that shows you how.

I just checked that link. It says quicktime will convert the finished file into a apple format.

I want to be able to view it back on my PS3 and android phone.

It is still h.264 inside the MOV file. You can just use Remux to convert it back to whatever you want.
