Free Webcam (or surveillance) App?

Anyone know of a webcam app or one arriving soon for the iPhone? I want something so I can keep an eye on my dogs while I'm at work.
 
I use something called Yawcam. It refreshes an image every second using my webcam. I view it through Safari.
