Free Word Art (Flyer / Pamphlet) Software?

I'm looking for a free basic piece of Software that will let me do some Word Art to make a Flyer or Pamphlet.

Just something simple, Type my Title, then give it some body, like an arc, or thicker at the ends...And then place some graphics, and text wrap, or place text in certain arias.

There's the open-source Scribus Project that might work for you. I'm not sure about text effects, though.

Thanks, I tried that one, but couldn't get it to load, so I used the NeoOffice Draw application, worked fine.
