Free Youtube Downloader

On Windows I use Free Youtube Downloader from http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/ to download videos from YouTube. Does anyone know a good alternative which works on OS X?

If possible with the same features and support for .mp4 and .avi formats.

You could use KeepVid, or you could use ClickToFlash, or you could use Safari's Activity window, and all of these are free.
PS: I guess a search in this forum has brought up nil threads regarding this issue?
