FreeCap Equivalent

I am looking for a Mac equivalent of this Windows program called FreeCap. It pretty much allows you to select any program and run it through a proxy. So if a program doesn't have any proxy settings you just select it and put in the proxy and FreeCap takes care of the rest.

Just to clarify... do you want only SOME programs running on your computer to use proxy at a given time, or is it okay if ALL programs use proxy?

If you can have all programs use proxy, then you might just use something like this:
