I know you can configure FreeRadius via Terminal to get it to work with third party WAP devices. However, I and many others would like to have a separate item on the Server App to configure for Airport or Third Party devices.
Please take the time to go to apple.com/feedback -> OS X Server.app and send in your feedback. I hope it gets enough attention to make it into Server.app 5.0 for release this coming fall.
All you would need is the ability to turn it on, set the port number (if you want it different than the default) and add a list of clients (WAP devices) with a shared key.
There shouldn't be that much development work for Apple to quickly include this.
For those who submitted the feedback, it would be nice to respond here and hear other ways you have RADIUS auth being used - maybe with linux, windows, a NAS device like Synology DSM, etc.
