Freeware for editing a pdf

I am using Logic Express to print a music score, and since I haven't figured out how (if you can) to add a title, author, etc to the score, I print to PDF. I would now like to open that file, and add the info into the PDF score.

Anyone know of a good freeware for this? If not, maybe an inexpensive shareware?
