Freeware to organise my schedule/manage traffic

Hello!
I'm a graphic designer looking for a simple freeware to organize my schedule.

Let me explain my exact need : I'll be managing my own tasks ranging from brochure, to posters, to longer projects, like redesigning their visual identity completely. Since I'll work by myself for a museum, I would like a software to manage traffic, so I organize myself, and I keep track of the time spent on each project for archival.

OmniOutliner, if it came with your Mac, could handle that job.
