Freeze when update SL 10.6.3 or install Windows

Hello,

I'm French (sorry for my English), and i have a big mistake with my Macbook Pro 13 from Mid 2010.

This is a used item, and the internal HDD cable was broken, and the Hard drive was not detected. I have buy a new one (third party i think), a WD Scorpio Black hdd and 4gb memory.

- I can install Snow Leopard 10.6.3 from an original disk, and it's working perfectly, no freeze, no kernel panic, etc...

- But if i try to update in 10.6.4, .6, .7 or .8, at the reboot the mac freeze on the apple logo after 4 or 5 circle turn. I have to re install from the CD...

- Windows installation are not working, in seven, vista, 8 or XP, i have freeze...

I have try to:

- Reset SMC -> same
- Change HDD and Memory -> same
- Install in external HDD 10.6.3 and update -> same
- Same even if i download the combo update

EFI mistake? I have the BOB version but i can't update because it says i have to run OSX 10.7...

Please help, 3 french forum and US apple community can't solve my problem... thanks!!!

Es-tu capable de ressortir le disque dur et d'installer OS X sur ce disque dans un boitier externe, puis de faire la mise à jour à partir de là?

Ça permettrait de savoir s'il s'agit d'un problème matériel ou logiciel.

Assez dur de diagnostiquer sur le web.

Déjà fait et c'est pareil... Que le HDD soit interne ou externe, ça plante au reboot.

Merci de t'occuper de mon "cas" !
 
As-tu un autre HDD qui traine quelque part que tu pourrais essayer? Ou ça aussi c'est déjà fait?
 
Alors j'ai déjà essayé avec un autre HDD effectivement mais que j'avais mis en USB, pas en interne. Mais bon vu que ça fait le même soucis...

Surtout que le HDD qui est actuellement monté fonctionne parfaitement en .6.3, passe les tests Seatools et marche impec sous Windows.

Idem pour la ram, j'ai testé celle ci sur les 2 slots et même mis 2 barrettes de 2Go, idem...
 
Si vous critiquez mon Anglais c'est pas jojo... mais c'est compréhensible :p

EDIT: ah non d'accord, Interstella est aussi fort en Hard que moi en Anglais c'est ça?

Un symptomes qui me parait louche c'est que je n'arrive pas à installer windows non plus. Ca freeze parfois dans les menus, avant que je lance quoi que soit.

J'ai même testé de faire un machine virtuel sous Windows, monter le HDD virtuel, et le cloner vers la partition bootcamp de mon HDD. Le Windows démarre bien, mais lorsqu'il détect le nouveau hardware, beem ça freeze!

Ca pourrait pas être un soucis de l'EFI ou du SMC ou un truc dans le genre?

En fait j'aimerais bien réinstaller l'EFI actuelle, voir le downgrader, je ne sais pas si il y a moyen de contourner la vérification du logiciel.
