I've had my iPod for about 2 weeks now and I have noticed after I hold the play button so it goes into standby and then I put the hold button, the next time I go to use it lately (not all the time) I will slide the hold button back to the normal position and nothing will happen; even when I hit play nothing appears. I always have to hold the center button and menu and do a soft reset.
Is this normal? I am doing a restore of my iPod to see if that fixes it but is this a bad sign? Should I take it back and exchange it for a new iPod? This is my first iPod (Well I had a nano for a week before this one and it never did this) so i do not know if this is normal.
BTW it is a 5G iPod Video 30gb (Black)
