Freezing question?

Ok I know there has been countless threads on this issue. But here is a question that I have.

Has anyone that has done the new update 1.2/1.3 on the Alum iMac running Tiger that was freezing after update 1.1, stop the freezing after going to 1.2/1.3?

The reason I ask this is because maybe the new drivers stopped it in Tiger but not in Leopard. And with the .1 release of Leopard coming maybe that will fix the issue.

Mine was better under 1.2 but not completely gone. Just FYI, 1.2 is no longer available as it appeared that people who did the 1.2 upgrade and subsequently upgraded to Leopard ended up with problems.
